We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at contact@pampavanna.com to initiate a return.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
   
• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address.
   
• Refunds are issued after we receive the item in original condition.

   Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please check your inbox (and spam folder just in case). If you haven’t received it within 48 hours, feel free to contact us at contact@pampavanna.com. 

 Orders usually ship within 24–48 hours and arrive in 3–5 business days in the U.S. 

 A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible at contact@pampavanna.com. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still return it following our return policy.
