Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at contact@pampavanna.com to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in the same condition you received it.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm if the refund was approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 24–48 hours and arrive in 3–5 business days within the U.S.

How can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible at contact@pampavanna.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still return it following our return policy.
