Shipping policy

At Pampavanna, we work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely.


Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (business days).

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free on orders up to 3 items, $10 flat rate on orders of 4 or more.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $20 flat rate, regardless of order size.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries. Rates and times are calculated at checkout.

  • Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please check your inbox (and spam folder). If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours, contact us at contact@pampavanna.com.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Pampavanna is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout.


Delays

While most orders arrive on time, shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays. Pampavanna is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Pampavanna is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
